Saving Paper reduces our impact on the Environment
Creating paper from trees requires a lot of natural resources. While paper is an office necessity, and is needed to complete essential tasks, there are many ways to help reduce the amount of paper we consume.
At ArchivesPlus we are committed to helping the environment and offer the following ways to help reduce our impact on the environment.
- Print only the pages you need.
- Make double sided copies.
- Preview documents before printing. Always use the Spelling and Grammar tool prior to printing to avoid errors that can cause documents to be reprinted.
- Use pages printed with errors as scratch paper.
- Think before you copy and only copy the number of documents required for the meeting.
- Forward electronic memos and newsletters to employees.
- Recycle all of your office paper.
By taking a few small steps, we can help reduce the impact of paper on our forests, increase our efficiency and save money.
